Vacation | Barcelona, Spain

Our next stop was Barcelona, Spain. I have wanted to visit Spain for years now. I really wished we had the time to do a Spain tour and attend the big tomato fight they host every year in August but it just didn’t work out. Barcelona was the only place we visited in Spain and maybe one day we will come back and explore the other wonderful places in Spain. I believe we spend 4 days is Barcelona as well. Our hotel was the nicest hotel we stayed at during this European tour. So clean and modern. We felt like we were at home.

This was the roof top lounge and bar. We ventured to Las Ramblas. Tapas galore!This is my kind of place.A few pictures of the market. The meat has cups to catch the meat juices…. interesting…The hamburger cake is my kind of cake!We took a tour with the Runner Bean Tours and we explored some of Gaudi’s amazing creations. Highly recommended! I love his style of architecture. Can you see the unique sculptures on top of the building?The oh so famous La Sagrada Familia. This church was beyond amazing. Maybe we will go back when it is finished in 2026. Amazing and a must see.So much detail you can look at this side of the church for hours.This is my favorite picture from our entire vacation. LOVE!The staircase down to the main floor. This is terrifying.Park Guell had amazing views of Barcelona.Salvador Dali was behind the logo design for Chupa Chups.Two more stops to go.
