Before I share my most recent vacation photos I need to share some photos from earlier this summer that I have been meaning to post. Mid summer Mike and I took a trip to Santa Cruz for the day. I love day trips and mini adventures, especially with the hubs:) We try to visit Santa Cruz once a year. I just love the food, atmosphere and colors. Although it is alway too cold to go swimming we still like to sit on the beach and watch the waves roll in. This time around we took a ride on the people mover ride (I can’t think of the name. The ride on the right in the image below). Oh my goodness that ride is scary. I don’t think I relaxed one second up in the air. I forgot to take off my slip on shoes so the entire time I was clenching my legs and feet together so no one got a shoe on their head or in their lunch. It looks like it would be peaceful but IT IS NOT:) I think next time we will stick to the rides on the ground.
Oh by the way Santa Cruz… what happened to your old time black and white photo booths?? That was the best part of our visits.
